Jensen Precast values the communities where our Team Members live and work, and we have long held a commitment to give back. Investing in our cities, towns, and neighborhoods is an important way to show appreciation to those who help support our business. Volunteer groups and non-profit organizations do so much to strengthen the communities that we are all a part of, so it is vital we get involved and help in any way we can.

At Jensen Precast, we feel we have a responsibility to contribute to the
greater good and empower those in need. We do this through organizational donations, volunteer time, event sponsorships, and more. We frequently educate our Team Members about the many community engagement opportunities around them, and we bring in representatives from organizations who can tell us more about ways to give back.

We do not just want to give to the local communities and organizations around us. We want to become partners with them. It is our hope that getting involved becomes an intrinsic value our Team Members take on, so our social impact is felt with passion on either side of the opportunity.

All of our branches have a dedicated Community Engagement Manager to oversee programs through local organizations, as well as specific Advocates assigned to each of these organizations. In addition, our Employee Matching Program provides the opportunity for Team Members to make voluntary donations to local charities, and we match these donations, making the initial contributions go even further.
