Bay View Campus
Mountain View, California

The picture perfect Bay View Campus in Mountain View, California, is home to a large software provider with endless growth potential. The massive mixed use development includes offices, housing, restaurants, and retail shops for employees. The facility needed significant infrastructure solutions to keep the campus running at maximum levels.

Jensen Precast contributed two 16’ manholes to the facility to house enormous stormwater pump stations. “Casting manholes this large takes strong collaboration and specialized expertise from our teams,” says Jayme Salo, Jensen Precast Pump Stations Product Manager. “Everyone performed at the highest levels, and we’re pleased to deliver our first 16’ diameter manholes to contractors who continue to put their trust in our products and services.”

The manholes for Bay View were cast in two parts for ease of shipping and assembly. The patented pieces are waterproof and suitable for pump station operations, stormwater and sewer systems, and underground storage capabilities. The 16’ products required new forms for casting the concrete, which Jensen Precast now uses for a variety of customers requiring manholes sized for large jobs.

Product: Precast concrete manhole structures 16’ in diameter. Made in United States.
