Features & Benefits
Jensen precast concrete manhole flat tops are an alternative to the tapered cone for transitioning from barrel diameter to the ring-and-cover opening at grade. Rather than tapering, the flat top keeps the full barrel diameter as a flat slab, with the access opening in either an eccentric or concentric position through the slab.
Flat tops are used where installation depth is limited, where the full barrel diameter must be maintained close to grade, or where project specifications call for flat top over cone.
