The Lockeford plant manufactures drainage inlets and catch basins built to support stormwater systems across the Central Valley and surrounding areas. Our product range includes curb inlets, area drains, and custom basin configurations designed to align with Caltrans, city, and county requirements. Local production helps ensure reliable availability for heavy components that are often needed on tight construction schedules, while our team assists with sizing, grate options, and project coordination.

Future Expansion: Concrete Pipe Manufacturing Capability Planned for Lockeford

While concrete pipe is not currently manufactured at this facility, Lockeford is planned to become a future hub for automated concrete pipe production. This expansion will strengthen our ability to support critical stormwater and sewer projects across all of California. Once operational, the new capability will allow us to provide a wider range of precast solutions from a single location—delivering logistical advantages and faster turnaround for regional contractors and agencies.

A 65-Acre Site: Jensen’s Largest Precast Manufacturing Facility

At approximately 65 acres, the Lockeford plant is Jensen Infrastructure’s largest manufacturing facility. The expansive site provides the capacity to produce, cure, store, and stage large volumes of precast concrete products, supporting everything from routine utility projects to multi-phase infrastructure programs. Conveniently located on Brandt Road between State Routes 12 and 88—near the Lodi Wine Country corridor—this facility serves as a major distribution point for customers throughout Central and Northern California.
