Jensen Infrastructure in Camas manufactures concrete products for projects located in the Pacific Northwest. Formerly Encon Washington, Jensen acquired this location in 2021. This plant is located along the Washougal River east of Vancouver, Washington, near State Route 14 and serves Portland, OR & surrounding area.

Jensen precast highway barriers are an excellent permanent or temporary barrier solution in transportation projects, construction sites, or a variety of other applications. On average, with proper maintenance, our highway barriers last for 70 – 100 years.
Jensen Infrastructure wall systems are precast retaining walls. They come in stackable blocks with rear supports all made of precast concrete to provide longevity beyond typical retaining walls. Wall systems are an excellent solution for landscaping and transportation infrastructure projects.
