Established in 2004, this facility has 14 acres of land and 8000 square feet of production space for concrete pipe, manholes and utility structures.  It also possesses an Arizona contractor’s license, specializing in sub-contract concrete work for underground utilities as well as sewer and storm drain manhole rehabilitation.

Charley Welch has been involved in the precast concrete industry for over 30 years.  His experience includes executive management, operations management and production.  He joined Jensen Precast in 2003 as General Manager of the Southern Nevada operation.  In 2004, Charley was promoted to Regional General Manager where he is responsible for the operations in Southern Nevada and Arizona.

Shane Kopp has over 33 years experience in the underground construction industry.  In 1994, he joined Jensen Precast as a sales/estimator for our Southern Nevada operation in Las Vegas.  In 2004, Shane relocated to Tucson and was promoted to Assistant General Manager of both our Tucson and Casa Grande, Arizona operations.

Joel Hernandez has over 20 years experience in the precast concrete industry.  His expertise includes concrete production, transportation, maintenance, and plant supervision.
